This form is required for every group that will be canoeing or kayaking. You can also sign and access these forms through your confirmation emails and/or customer portal sent after your initial booking.
Camping, Swimming, and/or Fishing Release Form
This form is required for every group that will be camping, swimming, and/or fishing. You can also sign and access these forms through your confirmation emails and/or customer portal sent after your initial booking. Any visitor not signing a release form for canoeing and kayaking must sign this release form.
Unaccompanied Minor Release Form
This form is required for any child below the age of 18 who comes to camp, swim, fish, canoe, or kayak without a parent coming to the camp with them must bring this form filled out and signed by a parent or guardian.
